My speciality is Italian, my signature dishes are vegetarian or seafood.  My belief is that whatever food is prepared from the heart delivers more than the singular components.  I believe that if one loves to cook then share the love.  There is no "secret" ingredient unless it is "love".  Chef's who hide behind secret ingredients work without the greatest tool available, Love.  Do it with passion, do it with love.  Share whatever you do with friends and family.  Enjoy.  Chef Bill Seese
